The following police reports were filed between July 28 and August 3. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Greene County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individuals were charged with a felony:
Donald C. Kassing, dob 4-18-1995, possession of meth less than five grams, resisting/peace officer/firefighter/correctional employee.
Jonathan L. Well, dob 9-16-1985, driving revoked/suspended DUI/SSS 4-9, operate uninsured motor vehicle, headlight/taillight/sidelight/1st, 2nd.
Logan R. Nevlin, dob 1-22-1996, driving revoked/suspended DUI/SSS 4-9, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
The following individuals were charged with a misdemeanor:
Brandi L. DeFrates, dob 6-09-1983, disorderly conduct.
Wyatt S. Mitchell, dob 1-20-1973, driving on suspended license, unlawful display title/certificate/plate – 1st, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Christopher M. Cherry, dob 7-17-1985, criminal trespass/state land/false report.
John R.J. Covey, dob 4-06-1989, disorderly conduct.
The following individuals were charged with domestic violence:
Cody L. Moffitt, dob 11-03-1992, domestic battery/bodily harm, disorderly conduct.
Donald W. Treadway, dob 3-29-1966, domestic battery/bodily harm.
The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:
Michelle L. Waller, dob 11-22-1968, driving on a revoked license.
Logan M. Manns, dob 10-13-2000, driving on a suspended license.
Johanna M. Shaw, dob 4-26-1985, driving on a suspended license, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
The following individual was charged with an ordinance violation:
Tiara F. Nix, dob 8-13-2001, unlawful dwelling in a camper.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Gabriel W. Meyer, dob 8-24-1982, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Riley Dwayne Crawford, dob 12-15-1999, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Scotty L. Sherrill, dob 3-02-1999, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Korey W. Groezinger, dob 12-26-1988, driving 11-14 mph above limit.
Seth A. Harr, dob 1-20-1993, no valid registration/1st and 2nd.
Eric N. Berry, dob 11-28-1970, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
David J. Jones, Jr., dob 10-19-1987, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Kirstie A. Belden, dob 1-24-1990, operate motor vehicle/registration/suspended.
Michael D. Stuby, dob 4-12-1981, operate motor vehicle/registration/suspended, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Zoe L. Dunham, dob 11-01-1977, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
