Reservations must be made by 12 p.m. prior to the day you wish to eat. If you have made reservations and cannot attend, please notify the center at 618-498-3483. Whole wheat bread served daily except when noted with (*). 2% milk served daily. The menu may be subject to change based on product availability.
Thursday, Sept. 7: Ham and beans, cornbread, pickled beets, apricots.
Friday, Sept. 8: Meatloaf, mashed potatoes and gravy, California blend vegetables, plums.
Monday, Sept. 11: Chicken Pot Pie with veg, biscuit, broccoli, applesauce.
Tuesday, Sept. 12: Teriyaki chicken, rice pilaf, Japanese vegetables, peaches and pears.
Wednesday, Sept. 13: Chili with beans, all meat frank on bun, slaw, tropical fruit.
