Reservations must be made by 12 p.m. prior to the day you wish to eat. If you have made reservations and cannot attend, please notify the center at 618-498-3483. Whole wheat bread served daily except when noted with (*). 2% milk served daily. The menu may be subject to change based on product availability.
Thursday, Sept. 21: Vegetable Beef Soup, W/G wheat roll, pickled beets, pineapple.
Friday, Sept. 22: BBQ Johnny rib, au gratin potatoes, baked beans, peaches.
Monday, Sept. 25: Beef and noodles, W/G wheat roll, garlic mashed potatoes, spinach, plums.
Tuesday, Sept. 26: Hamburger on bun, oven roasted potatoes, green beans, apricots.
Wednesday, Sept. 27: Texas hash, garlic bread, garden salad, tropical fruit, Jell-O salad with fruit.
