Jerseyville FFA travels for Dairy Food CDE

On Wednesday, Nov. 29, the Jerseyville FFA traveled to Carlinville for the Dairy Food CDE. They identified cheese, dairy vs non-dairy, milk defects, and watched a CMT test, as well as a paper test.
Discovery team placed 7th as Nicholas Wedig placed 5th.
Greenhand team placed 1st as Katie Cornelius placed 1st Rosie Ball placed 6th
Varsity team placed 4th as Caitlyn Polleti placed 8th
