Reservations must be made by 12 p.m. prior to the day you wish to eat. If you have made reservations and cannot attend, please notify the center at 618-498-3483. Whole wheat bread served daily except when noted with (*). 2% milk served daily. The menu may be subject to change based on product availability.
Thursday, Jan. 18: Beef stew with potatoes and carrots, whole wheat roll,* peaches, cheesecake with cherries.
Friday, Jan. 19: Birthday dinner – meatloaf, mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans, tropical fruit, cake with frosting.
Monday, Jan. 22: BBQ pulled pork on bun,* scalloped potatoes, broccoli, mixed fruit.
Tuesday, Jan. 23: Chicken patty on bun,* au gratin potatoes, peas and carrots, cinnamon applesauce.
Wednesday, Jan. 24: Chili with beans, all meat frank on bun,* slaw, oranges, cookies.
