The West Central Cougars became the 101st Winchester Invitational Tournament Champions by defeating the Routt Rockets Saturday night 49-34 in front of a packed house. Their road to the Championship game saw them defeat Carrollton in the first round, Porta-AC in the second round and Griggsville-Perry in the third round before meeting up with Routt in the Championship.
