Come to the Table is a free community meal sponsored by First Baptist Church Jerseyville. The meal will be served every Wednesday evening at the First Baptist Church of Jerseyville, 200 West Pearl Street.
Doors open at 5:30 p.m. and the meal will be served at 5:45 p.m. There will be faith stories and songs at 6:30 p.m. The event concludes at 7 p.m.
Upcoming menus:
March 20: Meatloaf with “secret” special sauce, mashed potatoes and gravy, country seasoned green beans, dinner roll, cook’s choice dessert.
March 27: “All beef” quarter pound hot dog on bun, potato salad, baked beans, cook’s choice dessert.
