Come to the Table is a free community meal sponsored by First Baptist Church Jerseyville.
The meal will be served every Wednesday evening at the First Baptist Church of Jerseyville, 200 West Pearl Street.
Doors open at 5 p.m. and the meal will be served at 5:45 p.m. There will be faith stories and songs at 6:30 p.m. The event concludes at 7 p.m.
July 17: Pulled pork on bun with pickle chips, potato chips, cole slaw, cook’s choice dessert.
July 24: Chicken salad fruit plate with marshmallow crème dip, home-made banana muffin, ice.
cream sundae bar.
July 31: Sloppy Joe on bun with pickle, macaroni salad, marinated cucumber and tomatoes, watermelon.
