Reservations must be made by 12 p.m. prior to the day you wish to eat. If you have made reservations and cannot attend, please notify the center at 618-498-3483. Whole wheat bread served daily except when noted with (*). 2% milk served daily. The menu may be subject to change based on product availability.
Friday, Aug. 2: Hamloaf, sweet potatoes, green beans, fruit cocktail, whole wheat bread, milk.
Monday, Aug. 5: Chicken and noodles, whole wheat dinner roll, red skin mashed potatoes, broccoli, tropical fruit, milk.
Tuesday, Aug. 6: Tuna casserole, garlic bread, carrots, apricots, milk.
Wednesday, Aug. 7: Texas hash, garlic bread, Brussel sprouts, cinnamon applesauce, milk.
Thursday, Aug. 8: Beef vegetable soup, whole wheat dinner roll, tomato salad, peaches, pudding, milk.
