CNB Bank & Trust is proud to announce that its Jerseyville branch has donated $1,000 to CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) of Jersey and Greene Counties as part of the bank’s annual Summer of Giving campaign. CASA is a nonprofit organization that advocates for the best interests of children who have experienced abuse or neglect, ensuring they have a voice in court and access to resources that help them thrive.
“CASA of Jersey and Greene Counties is doing essential work for the children in our community, and we’re honored to support their mission,” said Anthony Heitzig, Regional President at CNB Bank & Trust in Jerseyville. “These children deserve a safe, supportive environment, and CASA’s advocacy plays a crucial role in helping them find their way to a brighter future.” This donation will support CASA’s ongoing efforts to recruit, train, and supervise volunteers who act as dedicated advocates for vulnerable children in the court system, providing stability and guidance during challenging times.
