Elby Leon Webb, 85, of Roxana, died Saturday, Feb. 22, 2025, at his home.
Funeral services were held Friday, Feb. 28, at 11 a.m. at the Lummis Funeral Home in Pleasant Hill. Burial followed at Crescent Heights Cemetery in Pleasant Hill. Visitation was held one hour prior to the service on Friday at the funeral home. Memorials offerings are suggested to the Alton Church of God, 65 E. Elm St., Alton, IL 62002 where he had been a member for over 30 years.
