Retiring Grafton Alderman Andy Jackson was presented with plaque recognizing him for his 10 years of dedicated service to the city.
The City of Grafton recognized Alderman Andy Jackson at the April 15 council meeting.
The retiring alderman was presented with a plaque of appreciation for his ten years of dedicated service.
Mayor Mike Morrow presented Jackson with the plaque thanking him for his contributions to the citizens of Grafton having served as City Treasurer, Chairman of the City Finance Committee, Second Ward Alderman, and numerous other committees over the years.
Jackson said it has been a privilege and honor to work with a great group of people and for the city.
“I want everyone to understand and realize that everyone up here has one thing in common, and that is they have the very best wishes for the City of Grafton,” Jackson said. “It’s just a great group of people to work with. I’ve been so blessed and honored to have this privilege and I’ve learned so much from these people. This has been an honor.”
