This prestigious recognition is based on the results of the Chartis Rural Hospital Performance INDEX®, which evaluates hospitals on essential criteria such as quality, patient experience, and operational effectiveness. Out of thousands of rural hospitals nationwide, JCH is one of only three hospitals in Illinois to receive this honor.
