Eugene Dale Smith, 91, died Wednesday, Aug. 7, 2025, at the Illinois Veterans Home in Quincy.
A graveside service was Tuesday, Aug. 12, at 1 p.m. at Shearer Cemetery in New Canton. Memorials are suggested to the Illinois Veteran’s Home. Condolences may be left to the family at www.nieburfh.com. Niebur Funeral Chapel in Barry is handling the arrangements.
