Felonies
Alice M. Gettings, dob 5-16-1973, was found guilty on a charge of possession of meth less than five grams, two years probation, $500 fine.
Jeffrey M. Hastings, dob 3-21-1973, was found guilty on a charge of sexual relations within families, 30 months probation, $750 fine, 33 days in the county jail.
David L. Heape, dob 1-12-1982, a charge of domestic battery/contact/1-2 previous convictions was dismissed.
Justin G. Rodewald, dob 12-31-1987, was found guilty on charges of receive/possess/sell stolen vehicle and possession of meth less than five grams, $250 fine for both charges, five years in the Department of Corrections for both charges, one year mandatory supervised release (MRS) on the first charge and six months mandatory supervised release (MRS) on the second charge; charges of felony possession of a weapon and aggravated fleeing police/21 mph over the limit were dismissed.

Misdemeanors
Alyssa N. Bailey, dob 7-11-2003, a withheld judgment disposition was entered on a charge of battery/cause bodily harm, six months supervision, $400 fine.
Ryan S. Willis, dob 7-11-1986, was found guilty on a charge of violate order of protection, one year conditional discharge, $300 fine; a charge of violate order of protection was dismissed.
