The following police reports were filed between September 26, 2025 and October 2, 2025. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Greene County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individuals were charged with a felony:
Mark H. Henson, dob 12-10-1970, criminal trespass to residence/person present, disorderly conduct.
Michael D. Schieferle, dob 7-30-2005, criminal damage/government property less than $500.
The following individual was charged with a misdemeanor:
Robert G. Maxon, dob 3-20-1996, criminal trespass to residence, criminal damage to property less than $500.
The following individual was charged with a DUI:
Charles L. Hyink, dob 5-19-1979, driving under the influence of alcohol, driving on a revoked license, improper traffic lane usage.
The following individual was charged with a major traffic violation:
Bruce W. Benson II, dob 9-13-1994, drivers license expired more than a year.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Ronald L. Cox, dob 12-24-1963, electronic communications device.
David K. Grider, dob 6-30-1959, registration expiration/1st and 2nd.
Tomislav Golubov, dob 6-29-1957, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Eric T. Steinacher, dob 7-25-1997, no valid registration/1st and 2nd.
Caden E. Slater, dob 9-20-2004, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Pedro J. Paez Herrera, dob 12-30-1996, driving 21-25 mph above limit, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Larry O. Baumer, dob 3-14-1943, improper traffic land usage.
Bobby L. Benkowski, dob 5-14-2009, failure to the right-of-way/intersection.
Steven K. Cinnamon, dob 11-27-1950, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Michael P. Meneley, dob 7-23-1981, transport/carry alcohol/driver.
Eric D. Chaudoin, dob 8-29-1989, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Myka T. Bryson, dob 11-05-2003, no valid registration/1st and 2nd.
Cornelius Michael Young, dob 5-11-1996, disregard stop sign, electronic communications device, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Benjamin B. Dixon, dob 10-22-2005, operate motor vehicle/registration/suspended.
Michael P. Meneley, dob 7-23-1981, transport/carry alcohol liquor/driver.
Joyce A. Bettis, dob 7-24-1973, driving 1-10 mph above limit.
