The following police reports were filed between October 17 and October 23, 2025. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Jersey County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individual was charged with a felony:
Johanna Marie Shaw, dob 4-26-1985, possession of meth less than five grams, driving revoked/suspended DUI/SSS 2nd.
The following individuals were charged with a misdemeanor:
Lydia B. Hartle, dob 11-12-1961, criminal trespass – remain on land.
Alyssa K. Rivera, dob 12-22-2005, cause child to be endangered, consumption of liquor/minor.
