News from Barrow Baptist Church and Pastor Mancel Day. Our service times are 9:30 a.m. Sunday school, followed by 10:30 a.m. morning worship. Everyone is invited to either or both services and we are handicap accessible.
On Sunday, Nov. 2, we had 15 attending Sunday school and 19 attending morning worship.
Remember our men and women in uniform and the leaders of our nation in your prayers. Happy birthday wishes go out Claudia Seely Nov. 13. There are no anniversaries to report.
Upcoming events for Barrow Baptist Church include our monthly ladies luncheon Nov. 11 at noon, services at White Hall Nursing and Rehab, Nov. 16 , Operation Christmas Shoeboxes due before Nov. 20, Nov. 30 we will decorate the church for Christmas after church services and will have soup, sandwiches and dessert for lunch.
There will be Veterans Day services Nov. 11 at 11:00 at Whiteside Park.
