The following criminal cases were resolved in Scott County Circuit Court in October of 2025:
Ricky Long – pleaded guilty to speeding and ordered to pay fine and costs of $382.
Andrew Armstrong – pleaded guilty to aggravated batteryy; ordered to pay fine and costs of $1,649.
Dawn Mudd – pleaded guilty to faulty equipment and ordered to pay fine and costs of $532.
Allen L. Buhlig – pleaded guilty to no insurance and registration, ordered to pay fine and costs of $770.
Tasha Morton – pleaded guilty to no insurance and ordered to pay fine and costs of $306.
Roxana D. Arauz Rivera – pleaded guilty to leaving the dcene and no valid Llcense and ordered to pay fine and costs of $827.
Andrea Hazelrigg – pleaded guilty to theft and sentenced to one year conditional discharge and ordered to pay fine and costs of $1,049.
Sondra Evans – pleaded guilty to sale, gift, or delivery of alcohol to a person under 21; was placed on six months supervision and ordered to pay fine and costs of $539.
Tiffanie Lacy – pleaded guilty to sale, gift, or delivery of alcohol to a person under 21; was placed on six months supervision and ordered to pay fine and costs of $539.
Helen H. Leamons – pleaded guilty to sale, gift, or delivery of alcohol to a person under 21; was placed on six months supervision and ordered to pay fine and costs of $539.
David R. Moore – pleaded guilty to sale, gift, or delivery of alcohol to a person under 21; was placed on six months supervision and ordered to pay fine and costs of $539.
Rusty Tedrow – pleaded guilty to reckless driving; placed on 12 months court supervision and ordered to pay fine and costs of $827.
