Hello from Barrow Baptist Church and Pastor Mancel Day. Our service times are 9:30 a.m. Sunday school, followed by 10:30 a.m. morning worship. Everyone is welcome to either or both services and we are handicap accessible.
On Sunday, Dec. 7, we had 19 attending Sunday school and 24 attending morning worship. Due to the snow last week we cancelled our services.
Remember our men and women in uniform and the leaders of our nation in your prayers. Happy birthday wishes go out to Hunter Carriger, Dec. 12. There are no anniversaries to report.
Our Barrow family Christmas party will be Friday, Dec., 12 at 6 p.m. in the fellowship hall. Pizza will be furnished. If you would like to participate in a White Elephant game, bring a $10 or less gift to share. You may also bring snacks or desserts to share also.
Dec. 21 at 2 p.m. we will be having services at EverVella. The word is out that Santa will be making an appearance at that time.
During morning worship Rich Caskey sang “Get in Line Brother.”
We will again be holding our 5 p.m. Christmas Eve service.
