Hello from Barrow Baptist Church and Pastor Mancel Day. Our service times are 9:30 a.m. Sunday school, followed by 10:30 a.m. morning worship. Everyone is invited to either or both services and we are handicap accessible.
On Sunday, Jan. 11, we had 14 attending Sunday school and 24 attending morning worship.
Remember our men and women in uniform and the leaders of our nation in your prayers. Happy birthday wishes go out to Blanche Cole Jan. 18. There are no anniversaries to report.
Our pastor, Mancel Day, recently had foot surgery so this week Bro. Charles Martin from Jacksonville was our guest speaker. Bro. Martin will be with us again Jan. 18. We will not be holding services at EverVella Nursing Home this month or next month due to our pastor’s surgery. Emmanuel Baptist Church will be filling in for us those two months.
During morning worship Rich Caskey sang “I Saw the Light.”
