The following police reports were filed between January 30 and February 05, 2026. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Greene County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individuals were charged with a felony:
Shayne W. Dugger, dob 7-15-1999, possession of meth less than 5 grams, possession of drug paraphernalia.
Phillip M. Erickson, dob 4-12-1989, criminal damage to property between $500-$10K.
The following individuals were charged with a misdemeanor:
Gabriel W. Meyer, dob 8-24-1982, assault.
Rylie A. McCallister, dob 8-15-2007, criminal damage to property less than $500.
Derek R. Pickel, dob 5-20-2007, firearm without valid FOID/eligible, illegal possession ammunition/FOID, possess special use herptiles.
The following individuals were charged with a DUI:
Kaison A.L. Miller, dob 2-26-2008, driving under the influence of alcohol, reckless driving, cancelled/revoked/suspended registration/IL, leaving the scene, disregard official traffic-control device, 2 charges of failure to reduced speed, unlicensed, headlight/taillight/sidelight/1st, 2nd, unlawful display title/certificate/plate-1st.
Kimberly S. Pennington, dob 4-08-1971, driving under the influence of a drug.
Lisa M. Mortimer, dob 8-26-1983, driving under the influence of a drug, mufflers/1st, 2nd.
The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:
Lukas R. Downs, dob 5-25-2005, speeding 35+ mph over limit, driving on a suspended license, reckless driving.
Tonya M. Manninger, dob 9-16-1978, driving on a suspended license, operate motor vehicle/registration/suspended, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Tanya R. Powell, dob 12-02-1968, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Jameson C. Drake, dob 11-04-2003, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Konnor L. Jones, dob 6-21-2003, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Donna F. Dunlap, dob 2-25-1947, driving on left/prohibited.
Charles Q. Rives, dob 8-14-1986, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Heather N. Martin, dob 9-08-1988, no valid registration/1st and 2nd.
Kaydin R. Mouser, dob 12-12-2006, disregard stop sign.
Jerrold C. Howard, dob 5-21-1973, improper traffic lane usage.
Joel Nicholas, dob 2-02-1988, driving 1-10 mph above limit.
Kyle W. Stark, dob 5-27-1979, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Amy Jo Pollard, dob 8-04-1981, disregard stop sign.
Brandi A. Nappier, dob 1-19-1995, disregard stop sign, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Joseph M. Bushong, dob 6-23-2005, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Cody J. Tepen, dob 9-18-1994, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
