News from Barrow Baptist Church and Pastor Mancel Day. Our service times are 9:30 a.m. Sunday school, followed by 10:30 a.m. morning worship. Everyone is invited to either or both services and we are handicap accessible.
On Sunday, March 22, we had 19 attending Sunday school and 30 attending morning worship.
Remember our men and women in uniform and the leaders of our nation in your prayers. There are no birthdays or anniversaries to report this week.
Saturday evening over 20 of us gathered at the fellowship hall for a wonderful breakfast buffet. We had breakfast casserole, breakfast pizza, biscuits and gravy, a Finnish custard, waffles, fruit, ham, and various cereals. After eating, we played two group games. Lots of fun and laughter.
During morning worship Rich Caskey sang “One Day at a Time.”
As the Easter season approaches, we all should focus on Jesus dying on the cross for our sins.
