The following police reports were filed between March 06 and March 12, 2026. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Jersey County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individuals were charged with a felony:
Neal A. Dickinson, dob 7-17-1960, bad check/obtain control property greater than $150.
Shonchraz M. Leavy, dob 12-20-1997, theft/display merchandize less than$300/previous conviction.
The following individual was charged with a misdemeanor:
Karlee J. Poore, dob 4-17-1992, criminal damage to property less than $500.
The following individual was charged with domestic violence:
Adam L. Weaver, dob 5-03-1978, domestic battery/bodily harm.
The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:
Ricky Lee Haring Jr., dob 12-10-2003, speeding 26-34 mph over limit, no valid registration/1st and 2nd.
Nicholas P. Isringhausen, dob 7-17-1986, reckless driving.
David G. Nickell, dob 11-11-1979, speeding 35+ mph over limit.
Andrew M. Robeen, dob 5-31-1995, driving on a suspended license.
Keith T. Stone, dob 6-03-1989, driving on a suspended license.
Jacob M. Thery, dob 6-18-2002, driving on a suspended license, operate uninsured motor vehicle, failure to reduce speed, no valid registration/1st and 2nd.
Edwin Lamont Thomas Jr., dob 12-29-1990, driving on revoked license, speeding 26-34 mph over limit, transport/carry alcohol liquor/driver.
Owen A. Thomeczek, dob 1-10-2003, speeding 35+ mph over limit.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Nathan James Gilbert, dob 10-30-2004, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Gunner P. Gray, dob 4-21-2009, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Paul Edward Hindelang Jr., dob 7-06-1947, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Lance A. McClintock, dob 9-23-1988, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Grace A. Myers, dob 1-29-2003, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Caroline R. Smedley, dob 7-17-1999, driving 11-14 mph above limit.
Keeleigh J. Sumpter, dob 11-14-1985, failure to the right-of-way/intersection.
Shawn T. Woolsey, dob 7-26-1968, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
