The following police reports were filed between March 20 and March 26, 2026. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Jersey County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individuals were charged with a felony:
Paul F. Cope, dob 4-10-1988, retail theft/display merchandise greater than $300.
Daniel A.Dalton, dob 2-19-1981, burglary.
Dawn M. Kelley, dob 12-28-1977, possession of meth less than 5 grams, violate order of protection/prior violate order of protection.
The following individual was charged with a misdemeanor:
Krystal N. Phillips, dob 7-22-1986, guardian allows child truancy.
The following individual was charged with a DUI:
Camron A. Fields, dob 11-28-2004, driving under the influence of alcohol, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:
Larry A. Casey, dob 4-09-1959, speeding 35+ mph over limit.
Hayden D. Hill, dob 7-20-2009, speeding 26-34 mph over limit.
Thaddeus C. Lilley, dob 4-08-1987, cancelled/revoked/suspended registration/IL
Travis J. Livengood, dob 11-17-2006, driving on a suspended license.
Kenner Gregory Lloyd Powell, dob 9-12-2004, speeding 35+ mph over limit, transport/carry alcohol liquor/driver.
Jamialynn M. Schanuth, dob 10-18-1997, driving on a suspended license.
Warren C. Stuter, dob 11-03-1994, driving on a suspended license.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
James C. Betts, dob 11-20-2007, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Jeffrey W. Boaden, dob 3-191972, operate vehicle without cover/tarpaulins.
Luke M. Chappell, dob 9-14-1997, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Clifford E. Coats, dob 4-30-1953, operate motor vehicle/registration/suspended,operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Kayleigh G.A. Donahue, dob 1-02-2007, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Jeffrey P. Eilerman, dob 3-28-1985, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Jeremiah G. Farias, dob 10-17-2008, operate uninsured motor vehicle, squealing/screeching tires.
Dagen T. Heafner, dob 11-29-2005, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Hayden D. Hill, dob 7-20-2009, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Danielle M. Williams, dob 4-09-1992, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
