Calhoun High School Senior Max Toppmeyer signed Southwestern Illinois College to play baseball. Throughout Max’s baseball career at CHS he had some very impressive stats, Batting average 302, on base percentage 950, RBI’s 34, innings caught 463 and caught 41 runners stealing. Max was named first team all conferences junior year. He will be attending SWIC for two years, earning his associates degree to become an electrician. Max is the son of Mark and Mary Toppmeyer.
