The following police reports were filed between March 27 and April 02, 2026. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Jersey County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individuals were charged with a misdemeanor:
Hailey J. Flowers, dob 9-25-2006, retail theft/display merchandise less than $300.
Linee G. Hardy, dob 9-27-1975, criminal trespass to land.
Darius James Holiday, dob 7-24-2007, retail theft/display merchandise less than $300.
Teresa S. Reynolds, dob 6-05-1977, retail theft/display merchandise less than $300.
Aden D. Wolford, dob 2-10-2008, harboring a runaway, possession of liquor/minor.
The following individual was charged with a DUI:
Erick L. Schult, dob 9-16-1975, consuming tetrahydrocannabinol within 2 hours of driving, unlawful use of cannabis/driver.
The following individuals were charged with an ordinance violation:
Lawrence E. Brown III, dob 10-18-1988, negligent driving.
Larry A. Casey, dob 4-09-1959, negligent driving.
The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:
Kyle A. Cline, dob 3-07-1999, speeding 35+ mph over limit, operate uninsured motor vehicle, violate license classification 1st & 2nd division.
Kristen M. Moore, dob 12-19-1996, cancelled/revoked/suspended registration/IL, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Joseph A. Neff, dob 9-06-1977, speeding 26-34 m ph over limit, operate motor vehicle/registration/suspended.
Gabrielle H. Wolford, dob 1-28-2002, driving on a suspended license, speeding 26-34 mph over limit, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Eric J. Beyer, dob 9-30-1996, registration expiration/1st & 2nd.
Jessica R. Dodson, dob 3-13-1981, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Samantha J. Frazier, dob 6-07-1999, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Roger D. Isringhausen, dob 10-14-1945, unsafe backing onto a roadway.
Jacob W. Lott Jr., dob 4-02-2009, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
