Carrollton High School senior Charlie Stumpf signed to play football at Illinois College in Jacksonville on April 22. Stumpf was named First Team All-State Wide Receiver and First Team All-WIVC Conference Wide Receiver, linebacker and punter. He had a total of 647 receiving yards; 265 rushing yards; 219 kick return yards; 87 punt return yards; 830 punting yards, 41.50 yards per punt; 13 touchdowns; 119 tackles; 3 interceptions; 1 fumble recovery and 1 defensive touchdown.
