Missouri woman facing fentanyl and crack cocaine charges in Calhoun following traffic stop

On March 31, at approximately 1:43 p.m., Calhoun County Sheriff Zach Hardin conducted a traffic stop on Illinois Highway 100, near the Joe Page Bridge in East Hardin, Illinois.
As a result of the traffic stop, and subsequent investigation Chelsi N. Griffin, aged 37, of Louisiana, Missouri was arrested for the following offenses:
■ Aggravated DUI,
■ DUI – Drugs,
■ Possession of Controlled Substance – Fentanyl,
■ Possession of Controlled Substance – Crack Cocaine,
■ Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia,
■ Driving While License Suspended.
Griffin was arrested without incident and transported to the Calhoun County Sheriff’s Office, where she was booked and released with a Notice to Appear at the Calhoun County Courthouse in Hardin, IL.
All suspect(s) are innocent until proven guilty.
