Felonies
Joshua S. Brunaugh, dob 9-02-1978, was found guilty on a charge of criminal damage to property less than $500, 6 month conditional discharge, $200 fine; a charge of criminal damage to property between $500-$10K was dismissed.
Jacob C. Esparza, dob 12-22-1995, a withheld judgment disposition was entered on a charge of driving on a suspended license, 12 months supervision, $300 fine; charges of conceal/misrepresent vehicle ID, aiding/abetting certificate original/sale/title and display plate attachment/1-2nd were all dismissed.
Travis E. Henry, dob 9-23-1998, was found guilty on a charge of felony possession/use weapon/firearm, fine, 4 years in the Department of Corrections, 6 months mandatory supervised release (MSR), 13 days credit for time served; charges of manufacturing/delivery cannabis between 30-500 grams/school and possession of an amount of a controlled substance except (A)/(D) were dismissed.
