The following police reports were filed between July 17 and July 23, 2026. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Jersey County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individuals were charged with a felony:
Lord Tyriq S. Hamilton, dob 11-21-2003, aggravated battery/public place.
Sunjhata N. Thurston, dob 1-28-1982, theft/control/person less than $500.
Audrey L. Wallace, dob 6-01-1983, aiding/abetting/possess/selling stolen vehicle.
The following individuals were charged with a misdemeanor:
Eric P. DeSherlia, dob 1-25-1966, battery/cause bodily harm.
Julie A. Krueger, dob 5-03-1984, disorderly conduct.
Tyler G. Stierley, dob 10-03-1988, criminal trespass to land.
The following individuals were charged with a DUI:
Jason Alonzo Phipps, dob 5-03-1977, driving under the influence of alcohol/intoxicating compound/drug, unlawful possession cannabis/driver, driving on a revoked license.
Wyatt T. Richey, dob 12-20-1996, driving under the influence of alcohol.
The following individual was charged with a major traffic violation:
Michael J. Eilerman, dob 8-27-1990, registration expiration/3rd & subsequent, 1 year.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Aaron E. Andersen, dob 9-17-1987, failure to obey stop sign.
Barbara R. Auston, dob 5-14-1953, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Kaylee M. Brannan, dob 7-30-2003, failure to reduce speed.
Stacie N. Esparza, dob 2-17-1998, no valid registration/1st and 2nd.
Ciara N. Good, dob 8-11-2003, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Nathaniel E. Higuera, dob 12-29-1984, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Michael B. Johnson, dob 12-03-1994, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Tanner J. Ontis, dob 7-25-1997, failure to reduce speed.
