The following police reports were filed between September 13 and September 19, 2024. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Jersey County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individuals were charged with a felony:
Robert B. Kallal, dob 9-23-1965, produce 50-200 cannabis plants.
Corey N. Law, dob 12-06-1981, possession of firearm FOID revoked.
Shawn A. McDonald, dob 11-30-1977, aggravated domestic battery/strangle.
James M. Witt, dob 6-23-1966, reckless discharge of a firearm/endangers, domestic battery/physical contact.
Rusty C. Young, dob 10-30-1959, produce 50-200 cannabis plants.
The following individual was charged with a conservation violation:
Michael Kenneth Love, dob 9-01-1952, timber haul/proof of ownership.
The following individuals were charged with an ordinance violation:
Benjamin Parker Combs, dob 9-19-2001, negligent driving.
Erica D. Heitzig, dob n/a, allow dog to run at large.
Brian A. Krock, dob 8-09-1982, negligent driving.
Komal K. Patel, dob 8-08-1999, negligent driving.
Sara A. Stiles, dob 10-13-1989, possession of drug paraphernalia.
The following individuals were charged with a DUI:
Brett Thomas Stehlin, dob 5-07-1987, driving under the influence/blood alcohol concentration 0.08, improper traffic lane usage, driving 15-20 mph above limit, transport/carry alcohol liquor/driver.
Timothy R. Tomlinson, dob 12-06-1962, driving under the influence of alcohol.
The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:
Lloyd R. Klausner, dob 5-05-1984, driving on suspended license, operate uninsured motor vehicle, improper use registration/title.
Clinton R. Nettles, dob 5-26-2001, speeding 35+ mph over limit.
Sara A. Stiles, dob 10-13-1989, operate vehicle registration suspended/2nd, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Jonathon A. White, dob 9-22-1990, leaving the scene, failure to notify damage/unattended vehicle.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Richard Anthony Aubuchon, dob 8-06-1975, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Robin A. Bailey, dob 1-04-1972, failure to the right-of-way/intersection.
Crystal Cova Baughman, dob 9-08-1991, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Dakota Lee Day, dob 3-21-2006, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Donald W. Johnson, dob 8-21-1972, driving 21-25 mph above limit, registration expiration/1st and 2nd, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Draven Anthony Little, dob 7-16-2006, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Michael J. McAfee, dob 7-14-1970, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Zachery K. Pruett, dob 6-03-1987, display registration plate/decal/1st and 2nd.
Samuel C.R. Stanley, dob 6-28-2007, operate uninsured motor vehicle, no valid registration/1st and 2nd.
Blane R. Summers, dob 2-18-1997, operate uninsured motor vehicle, no valid registration/1st and 2nd.
Gang Wang, dob 12-11-1983, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
