The following police reports were filed between October 25 and October 31, 2024. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Greene County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individuals were charged with a felony:
Jared G. Pinkerton, dob 6-27-1994, criminal damage to property between $500-$10K.
Jonathan S. Bertman, dob 8-03-1987, aggravated battery/great bodily harm, battery/cause bodily harm.
The following individuals were charged with a misdemeanor:
Amie J. Varble, dob 12-04-1990, licensee give/sell liquor to minor.
Carol S. Witt, dob 2-25-1954, licensee give/sell liquor to minor.
Chad A. Schollmeier, dob 3-14-1996, possession of drug paraphernalia, disorderly conduct.
Dustin E. Newingham, dob 1-16-1992, unlawful display title/certification/plate-1st.
The following individual was charged with a DUI:
Cody W. Gettings 1-31-1992, driving under the influence of alcohol, leaving the scene.
The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:
Angela M. Burke, dob 7-07-1984, driving on a suspended license, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Dustin P. Cunningham, dob 8-29-1991, driving on a suspended license.
Jared G. Pinkerton, dob 6-27-1994, unlawful possession of cannabis/passenger.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Jean L. Aristild, dob 10-03-1991, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Sally C. Balcom, dob 11-28-1974, registration light/1st and 2nd.
Sandra J. Suttles, dob 9-08-1959, driving 11-14 mph above limit.
Torie M. Willis, dob 1-27-1996, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Luke E. Pohlman, dob 10-01-1988, registration expiration/1st and 2nd.
Carter J. Smith, dob 2-23-1999, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Tammy S. Morehead, dob 3-27-1963, passenger school bus loading/unloading.
Madison E. Mielke, dob 10-16-2007, disregard official traffic-control device.
Kaitlyn M. Carstens, dob 2-05-2002, disregard stop sign.
Christian R. Treadway, dob 6-22-2006, violate instruction permit-motor vehicle.
Jon P. Gray, dob 8-25-1990, driving 11-14 mph above limit.
Phillip D. Walker, dob 10-02-1997, registration expiration/1st and 2nd.
