The following police reports were filed between December 06 and December 12, 2024. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Jersey County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individual was charged with a felony:
Charles J. Mielke, dob 10-15-1981, possession of meth between 5-15 grams, resisting/peace officer/firefighter/correctional employee.
The following individuals were charged with a misdemeanor:
Kenna R. Busch, dob 2-24-1989, guardian allows child truancy.
Jared K. Prough, dob 1-06-1987, criminal trespass to residence/person present, criminal trespass to vehicles.
The following individual was charged with a DUI:
Daniel R. Hilkemeyer, dob 3-07-1993, driving under the influence of alcohol, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
The following individual was charged with an conservation violation:
Christopher T. DeSherlia, dob 5-01-1977, unlawful transport of a weapon.
The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:
William P. Conway, dob 9-07-1969, driving on a revoked license, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Gino L. Esparza, dob 7-30-1994, driving on a suspended license, improper use of registration/title, operate uninsured motor vehicle, unregistered/expired registration.
Dallas D. Ferguson, dob 10-09-1984, cancelled/revoked/suspended registration/IL.
Travis Eugene Ray, dob 12-05-1989, speeding 26-34 mph over limit.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Jeffrey Nelson Bond II, dob 11-25-1997, registration expiration/1st & 2nd.
Madison Ann Cook, dob 5-03-2006, operate uninsured motor vehicle, failure to transfer title/1st or 2nd, no valid registration/1st and 2nd.
Dennis R. Cox, dob 11-13-1954, failure to the right-of-way/intersection.
Shawn E. Egelhoff, dob 3-07-1968, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
William M Heafner, dob 11-25-1956, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Brayan E. Quiroz Espejel, dob 9-26-2000, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
