The following police reports were filed between December 27 and January 02, 2024. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Jersey County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

The following individual was charged with a misdemeanor:
Jared M. Tucker, dob 3-16-1999, criminal trespass to building, criminal trespass remain on land.
The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:
Cortez T. Ramsey, dob 2-02-2000, driving/never issued license, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Jordan Lee James Retherford, dob 11-17-1998, driving on a suspended license.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Cameron Wayne Cluver, dob 1-03-2007, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Noel T. McNatt, dob 1-19-1957, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Clarissa Marie Mitchell, dob 2-28-2006, failure to obey stop sign.
Savannah M. Place, dob 12-31-1989, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Matthew Justin Vatole, dob 3-22-1977, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
