The following police reports were filed between November 1 through November 30, 2024. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Calhoun County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individual was charged with a felony:
James N. Holmes, dob 12-24-1978, four charges of bad checks/obtain control of property/2+.
Jason A. Bristow, dob 4-20-1980, possession of stolen firearm, felony possession/use weapon/firearm, possession of meth less than five grams, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving on a revoked license.
Kelcey J. Herter, dob 7-19-1994, false report of an offense.
Scott P. Pohlman, dob 5-28-1974, meth delivery between 15-100 grams, possession of meth between 15-100 grams, rifle with a barrel length of less than 16 inches and a shotgun with a barrel length of less than 18 inches, two charges of possession of an amount of a controlled substance except (A)/(D), posession of drug paraphernalia.
Eryka R. Gauntt, dob 1-12-1993, possession of meth less than five grams, possession of an amount of a controlled substance except (A)/(D), possession of drug papaphernalia.
Travis L. Wooldridge, dob 1-05-1991, two charges of aggravated battery/child under the age of 13/bodily harm, domestic battery/bodily harm.
The following individuals were charged with a conservation violation:
Brent C. Kirn, dob 12-09-1988, unlawful transport of weapon.
Michael A. Northway, dob 8-14-1953, unlawful use of lead shot.
Benjamin C. Vandoren, dob 8-28-1990, violate traffic rule/state park.
The following individual was charged with domestic violence:
Ashley M. Smith, dob 10-26-1987, domestic battery/bodily harm, domestic battery/physical contact.
The following individual was charged with a major traffic violation:
Paul D. Buchanan, dob 8-18-1978, driving on a revoked license, no valid registratin/1st and 2nd.
The following individual was charged with an ordinance violation:
Terry McBride Sr., dob n/a, weeds – height.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Justin R. Lauterbach, dob 3-05-1980, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Mark A. Landon, dob 8-21-1959, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Ryan M. Kuhn, dob 8-15-2004, disregard official traffic-control device.
Kevin D. Hughes, dob 9-28-1982, operate uninsured motor vehicle, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Alan B. Toppmeyer, dob 6-22-1961, speeding too fast for conditions, failure to reduce speed.
