Felonies
James M. Wooldridge, dob 12-23-1950, was found guilty on a charge of aggravated DUI/5, fine, six years in Department of Corrections, one year mandatory supervised release (MSR); a charge of aggravated DUI/6+ is amended/reduced; a charge of driving revoked/suspended DUI/SSS was dismissed.
Misdemeanors
Brendan D. Hartley, dob 9-21-2000, was found guilty on a charge of violate an order of protection, 18 months conditional discharge, fine; a charge of violate an order of protection was dismissed.
