The following police reports were filed between January 24 and January 30, 2025. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Jersey County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individuals were charged with a felony:
Joseph Dale East, dob 11-11-1998, aggravated battery/use deadly weapon.
Andrew M. Robeen, 5-31-1995, possession of meth less than five grams.
The following individual was charged with a misdemeanor:
Linee G. Hardy, dob 9-27-1975, criminal trespass to land.
The following individuals were charged with a DUI:
Blake C. Crotchett, dob 3-10-1998, driving under the influence of alcohol.
Brittany R.N. Gresham, dob 4-29-1988, driving under influence of alcohol, leaving the scene, registration suspension/failure to purchase a tax sticker.
Hunter S. Sanford, dob, 3-25-1996, driving under the influence of alcohol, improper traffic lane usage.
The following individuals were charged with an ordinance violation:
Robert T. Cotton, dob n/a, trash, unlicensed, inoperable vehicle.
Zachary Deverger, dob n/a, inoperable and unlicensed car, junk-trash-refuse.
Jasmin M. Williams, dob 9-10-1997, negligent driving.
The following individual was charged with an conservation violation:
Michael L. Stout, dob 9-12-1966, timber haul/proof of ownership.
The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:
Kenneth G. Lung, dob 3-02-1968, driving on a suspended license, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Emily Elizabeth Schmieg, dob 2-14-1987, driving on a suspended license, operate vehicle registration suspended/2nd, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Anna Viktorja Sonneborn, dob 10-11-2003, operate vehicle registration suspended/2nd, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Bradley J. Bechtold, dob 11-01-1975, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Gage Andrew Bick, dob 9-28-2005, operate uninsured motor vehicle, registration expiration/1st and 2nd.
Sbewu Mmeli Fipaza, dob 1-08-2001, driving 11-14 mph above limit.
Matthew L. Hill, dob 7-08-1982, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Bryce A. King, dob 5-7-2008, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Sicily Aireonna Mowder, dob 4-25-2007, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Kelsey Lynn Nicole Myers, dob 10-04-2007, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Matthew Robert Niehaus, dob 5-12-2006, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Somer L. West, dob 12-10-1996, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
