The following police reports were filed between March 07 and March 13, 2025. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Jersey County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individual was charged with a felony:
Alex R. West, dob 5-25-1990, aggravated battery/peace officer, domestic battery/bodily harm.
The following individuals were charged with a DUI:
Grace M. Evans, dob 2-02-1962, driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence/blood alcohol concentration 0.08, operate uninsured motor vehicle, headlights/taillights/sidelight/1st and 2nd.
James D. Redman, dob 4-04-1989, driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to yield to the right-of-way/emergency alley, headlights/taillights/sidelight/1st and 2nd, operate uninsured motor vehicle, transport/carry alcohol liquor/driver.
The following individuals were charged with an ordinance violation:
Charles C. Daum, dob 11-01-1979, dog running at large.
Johnny R. Herrera, dob 7-28-1977, disorderly conduct.
The following individual was charged with a major traffic violation:
Jasmine Alise Grant, dob 7-09-2002, speeding 35+ mph over limit.
Joshua Wayne Howard, dob 4-16-1999, driving on a suspended license, speeding 26-34 mph over limit.
Ken D. Howland, dob 7-09-1965, CDL not obtained.
Harold L. Kessinger, dob 7-17-1979, driving on a suspended license, operate uninsured motor vehicle, no valid registration/1st and 2nd.
Julian M. McNeal, dob 10-25-1997, driving on a suspended license, improper use registration/title.
Gerald L. Pickett, dob 7-29-2000, driving on a suspended license.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Jack B. Barkley, dob 2-12-2001, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Myka T. Bryson, dob 11-05-2003, driving 15-20 mph above limit, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Dylan Joseph Cato, dob 12-31-2006, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Logan Thomas Crane, dob 7-18-2006, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Eli R. Deck, dob 7-18-2006, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Sandra B. Fitzner, dob 7-27-1968, transport/carry alcohol liquor/passenger.
Robert P. Grindheim, dob 3-01-1962, operate uninsured motor vehicle, seat belt required/driver.
Demondra L. Harris, dob 9-10-1998, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Dustin Hoyt Honchell, dob 8-21-1978, no valid registration/1st and 2nd, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Justin M. Price, dob 7-26-1983, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Shelby Lynn Thompson, dob 3-27-1998, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Ha T. Tran, dob 4-02-1978, unlicensed.
Jayden Nicole Trask, dob 10-03-2007, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Joey Lane Waters, dob 10-12-2003, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
