The following police reports were filed between March 07 and March 13, 2025. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Greene County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individuals were charged with a Felony:
Chad A. Seastrand, dob 9-29-1981, possession of meth less than five grams, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession hypodermic/syringes/needles/1st.
Samuel D. Holder, dob 10-25-1985, possession of an amount of a controlled substance except (A)/(D), possession of cannabis between 30-100 grams/1st, possession of drug paraphernalia.
The following individual was charged with a Misdemeanor:
James W. Carter Jr., dob 9-17-1994, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession hypodermic/syringes/needles/1st.
The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:
Carl L. Stark, dob 5-27-1979, unlawful possession of cannabis/passenger.
Douglas W. Hazelwood, dob 6-12-1985, driving on a suspended license.
Samuel D. Holder, dob 10-25-1985, unlawful possession of cannabis/driver, registration expiration/1st and 2nd, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Robert Freeman, dob 11-07-1972, driving/never issued a license, operate motor vehicle/registration suspended.
Joseph R. Taylor, dob 1-22-1990, driving on a suspended license.
Tylor W. White, dob 11-24-1993, driving on a suspended license.
The following individual was charged with an ordinance violation:
Joseph W. Meza, dob 7-16-1987, two charges of dog running at large.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Rees A. Lewis, dog 8-22-2002, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Elijah L. Cox, dob 10-30-2007, driving 11-14 mph above limit.
Tanny J. Hughes, dob 5-26-2000, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Travis S. Maurer, dob 1-03-1980, operate motor vehicle/registration/suspended, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Jordan N. Looney, dob 11-25-1996, registration expiration/1st and 2nd.
Tyler M. Bechtold, dob 2-19-1987, seat belt required/driver.
Elisa Emani Nicole Lee, dob 4-22-2000, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Samantha J. Baker, dob 9-29-1987, operate motor vehicle/registration/suspended, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Lisamadison M. Statler, dob 9-22-2001, disregard official traffic-control device.
Jeremy L. Swan, dob 12-19-1986, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Katie M. Herder, dob 5-20-2000, registration expiration/1st and 2nd.
Natalie J. Mitchell, dob 5-27-1984, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Ralann M. Cook, dob 9-15-2004, driving 11-14 mph above limit.
Phillip M. Erickson, dob 4-12-1989, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
John E. Koontz, dob 7-07-1960, operate motor vehicle/registration/suspended, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Carson R. Klein, dob 5-24-2004, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
