Todd Allen Bailey, 55, of Brighton, passed away on Saturday, Sept. 13, 2025, at OSF St. Anthony’s Health Center in Alton.
Visitation was held from noon until the time of funeral service at 2 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 18, at Anderson Family Funeral Home in Brighton. Burial will follow at Brighton Cemetery.
