The following police reports were filed between June 5 and June 11, 2026. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Jersey County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individuals were charged with a felony:
Trevor J. Garrison, dob 1-07-2003, aggravated battery/great bodily harm, aggravated battery/pregnant/handicapped.
Linee G. Hardy, dob 9-27-1975, violate stalking no contact/2+.
Laurie A. Mundy, dob 6-02-1977, possession of meth between 5-15 grams
The following individuals were charged with a misdemeanor:
James H. Bannister, dob 10-23-1971, criminal trespass to land.
Terry L. Miller Jr., dob 4-15-1976, theft/unauthorized control less than $500, criminal trespass to building.
The following individuals were charged with a conservation violation:
Tony E. Burge, dob 5-01-1977, approved personal flotation device.
Kaleb J. Rankin, dob 10-26-2005, debris in water or stream, operate craft/failure to display flag, operate motorboat in tow/capacity.
The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:
Margarita A. Gomez-Toasa, dob 11-27-2001, reckless driving, improper traffic lane usage.
Jessica R. Kasch, dob 6-06-1994, speeding 26-34 mph over limit.
Nicholas E. Shook, dob 12-31-1995, driving on a revoked license.
Ricky L. Weller, dob 11-11-1981, driving on a revoked license, operate uninsured motor vehicle, no valid registration/1st and 2nd.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Alyssa B. Hayes, dob 1/17/2006, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Amelia R. Hines-Pattan, dob 7-29-2003, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Lincoln S. Prater, dob 10-02-2005, driving 11-14 mph above limit.
Bart Reese, dob 2-12-1974, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Nicholas J. Rodgers, dob 3-16-2008, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Christopher D. Scott, dob 8-21-1981, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
