Teresa ‘Teri’ Ann Campbell | 80 | Pleasant Hill

Teresa ‘Teri’ Ann Campbell, 80, passed away June 26, 2026. She was born on July 16,1945.
Teri grew up in Pleasant Hill, Illinois, a small town just east of the Missouri border.
Teri left Pleasant Hill after graduating from high school, to begin work with Delta Airlines in their reservation department where she quickly became a supervisor, first in Detroit and then in Los Angeles.
She completed her Bachelor of Arts and Master of Social Welfare degrees at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) in 1984 and 1989, eventually becoming a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, working in hospitals, outpatient facilities, and private practice, which she continued until 2019. In her free time, she was a prolific artist and writer, studying, sharing, teaching. She enjoyed local hikes with the Sierra Club. She was also a deep thinker and a good listener. She had a good sense of humor, often at herself. She loved chocolate, ice cream, black coffee, and a good spicy tuna roll. Red was her favorite color and she wore it well.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Leta Crowder Campbell; father, Emory Campbell; sister, Peggy Coultas; nephews, Roger Coultas and Charles Coultas; and great nephews, Mark William Coultas and Brandon Paul Lummis.
She is survived by her brother, Ronald (Emma Lee) Campbell; three nephews, Mike Coultas, Mark Coultas, Scott (Megan) Campbell; and niece, Tambra (Alex) Lamb.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to her favorite charities: Doctors Without Borders, Los Angeles Regional Food Bank, World Central Kitchen, or your local public radio or television station.
