The following police reports were filed between July 02 and July 08, 2026. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Greene County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individuals were charged with a felony:
Jessica Brooke Haile, dob 7-20-1990, possession of meth less than 5 grams, violate order of protection.
Travis A. Winningham, dob 2-05-1980, possession of meth between 15-100 grams.
Melanie J. Mercer, dob 6-15-1971, possession of an amount of a controlled substance except (A)/(D).
The following individuals were charged with a misdemeanor:
Ernest R. Sprague, dob 4-26-1998, disorderly conduct.
Jimmie D. Smith Jr., dob 3-12-1968, violate order of protection.
Hector Dela Rosa I, dob 11-14-2006, criminal trespass to land.
Rebecca L. Newingham, dob 11-22-1985, criminal trespass to land, disorderly conduct.
The following individual was charged with a DUI:
Antonio M. Andrade, dob 10-26-1983, driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence/blood alcohol concentration 0.08.
The following individual was charged with domestic violence:
Jimmie D. Smith Jr., dob 3-12-1968, domestic battery/bodily harm, battery/makes physical contact.
The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:
Shawn Renee Pashea, do 4-08-1971, reckless driving, improper traffic lane usage, disregard stop sign, unlawful parking.
Carman Louise Toprani, dob 3-17-2008, speeding 35+ mph over limit.
Donald C. Kassing, dob 4-18-1995, reckless driving.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
John E. Young, dob 3-06-1962, operate motor vehicle/registration/suspended.
Hunter D. Lippmann, dob 10-08-2006, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Zachary A. Trainer, dob 3-28-1996, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Jimmie Gene Burries, dob 7-16-1960, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Julie K. Davis, dob 10-18-1967, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Stanley W. Hawkins, dob 7-18-1951, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Robert W. Weed III, dob 12-28-1951, no valid registration/1st and 2nd, squealing/screeching tires.
William C. Geiser, dob 10-06-1965, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Michael J. Eilerman, dob 8-27-1990, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
