The following police reports were filed between February 23 and February 29. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Jersey County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individuals were charged with a felony:
Maurice D. East, dob 2-11-1971, aggravated driving under the influence with six or more passengers under the age of 16.
Megan M. Henson, dob 2-07-1991, possession of meth less than five grams, possession of an amount of a controlled substance except (A)/(D), obstructing identification.
Timothy C. Ontis, dob 6-05-1982, failure to report address change/2+.
The following individuals were charged with a misdemeanor:
Katara N. Jobe, dob 10-31-1981, criminal trespass to land.
Ciara R. Young, dob 4-20-1993, theft control intent less than $500, criminal trespass remain on land.
The following individual was charged with a DUI:
Scot A. Roper, dob 10-02-1963, driving under the influence of alcohol, improper traffic lane usage.
The following individuals were charged with an ordinance violation:
Myranda Jo Bellman, dob 2-05-1986, negligent driving.
Daniel R. Owens, dob 2-21-1994, negligent driving.
The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:
Erica D. Baylark, dob 7-27-1988, speeding 35+ mph over limit.
Amanda M. Beeman, dob 2-06-1995, operate vehicle registration suspended/2nd, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Naretta D.E. Forrester, dob 6-26-1986, operate vehicle registration suspended/2nd.
Bronson W.S. Hayes, dob 12-20-1999, speeding 35+ mph over limit.
John M. McGrath III, dob 10-25-1981, speeding 26-34 mph over limit.
Robert Scott McGuire, dob 8-24-1975, operate vehicle registration suspended/2nd.
Paul A. Novosel, dob 7-06-1982, speeding 35+ mph over limit.
