The following police reports were filed between July 26 and August 1, 2024. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Greene County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individual was charged with a felony:
Gary A. Morgan Jr., dob n/a, disarm peace officer/correctional institute employee, two charges of aggravated battery/peace officer, aggravated fleeing/disregarding two or more traffic control devices, resisting a peace officer, firefighter or correctional employee.
The following individuals were charged with a misdemeanor:
Caiden D. Angel, dob 7-11-2006, consumption of liquor/minor.
Michael D. Schieferle, dob 7-30-2005, consumption of liquor/minor.
Michelle K. Williams, dob 10-27-1989, resisting a peace officer, firefighter or correctional employee.
Terry L. Scott, dob 2-28-1985, (change of venue) unlawful display title/certificate/plate – 1st.
The following individual was charged with a DUI:
Landon I. Icide, dob 5-20-2005, driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence/blood alcohol concentration 0.08, reckless driving, unlawful use of cannabis/driver, squealing/screeching tires.
The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:
Steven J. Scott, dob 9-30-1972, driving on a suspended license.
Benjamin D. O’Dell, dob 2-23-2004, speeding 26-34 mph over limit, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Joshua T. Moore, dob 10-27-2002, driving 11-14 mph above limit, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Daniel L. Kessinger, dob 12-10-1987, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Angela B. Reed, dob 7-02-1977, registration expiration/1st and 2nd.
Ashton W. Meinders, dob 10-12-2004, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Matthew L. Hill, dob 7-08-1982, disregard official traffic-control device.
Preston L. Jackson, dob 11-29-1986, registration suspended/failure to purchase a tax sticker.
Anthony G. Talley, dob 4-14-1989, obstructing driver’s view/1st and 2nd, mufflers/1st, 2nd.
