WINCHESTER APPROVES TIF funding for Rural Cyclery expansion
By Carmen Ensinger Winchester City Council approved a TIF (Tax Increment Financing) request through the Façade Improvement Program in the amount of $5,000 from Colin and Jackie Kuchy, owners of Rural Cyclery, at their May meeting.
