Sheriffs and other law enforcement officials says they are being bombarded by numerous Freedom of Information Act requests (FOIA).

The following police reports were filed between December 19 and December 23, 2025. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Jersey County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Felonies Terry L. Marmino, dob 11-27-1977, was found guilty on a charge of kidnapping/force or threat, $960 fine, 10 years in the Department of Corrections, mandatory supervised release (MSR), charges of unlawful restraint, 2 charges of domestic battery/other prior and criminal damage to property less than $500 were dismissed.
