The Hawks welcomed Griggsville-Perry to town on April 25 where they handed them an 11-4 loss. The Hawks got on the board early scoring three runs in the first inning, two more in the second and one in the third and fourth innings to lead the Tornadoes 7-3 in the bottom of the fifth inning. Griggsville scored a run in the sixth and the Hawk bats came to life scoring four more runs in the bottom of the sixth to seal their victory.
