White Hall Calvary Baptist Church news – June 29, 2022

Sunday, June 19– Father’s Day.
The service opened with prayer and announcements and wished all fathers a Happy Father’s Day.
Sermon: A Fall of Blessings of a Nation
Scripture: Deuteronomy 6:1-9, Proverbs 3:11-12, Proverbs 23:12-14, Romans 3:23, Proverbs 22:6.
A Godly Father can either lead or fall.
Lead your children to Him, not away from God.
The fate of the church, Heaven, and our nation lays on your shoulders. No matter what your children have, their destiny is in your fate. Heaven or Hell. How we live our lives as fathers matter to the Kingdom of Heaven. Stop living as you are and start living for God.
We need to live our lives as it matters to Him.
Pick up your cross and follow Him. Pray, read your Bible, and communicate with Him.
You are struggling if you are not in His word. Stay in His word.
If living and knowing God is not your goal, you are living wrong. The problems in this world all come about because we do not follow and read His word.
If God waits for perfect men, it will never be. God can and will use you! How can you hide His word in your heart, if you don’t read it.
Men raise up and be Godly men that raise Godly children. It is not the church’s place to teach your children about God. It is your place. To not teach your children about God, is to let the world teach them to not love God.
Repent, for Jesus is coming soon!
Sunday morning service is at 10:30 a.m., Wednesday night prayer is at 6 p.m., and there is a business meeting next Wednesday, June 29, at 6 p.m.
